AMARG Impressions

Some may simply refer to AMARG as 'the boneyard', but this facility near Davis-Monthan AFB is so much more. It is the end for numerous aircraft and helicopters, but it is also the beginning for many others. Lots of airframes are stripped of hard to find items. These reclaimed spare parts find their way to active aircraft in US-service or abroad. Other aircraft fly out. Back into service, as a future drone, a foreign military sale or as a much needed fire fighter. Even as scrap metal there still is a solid revenue. AMARG Impressions shows a part of the recent inventory. Pima Air & Space Museum and some of the local scrapyards are checked out too, from both the ground and the air. You will have a good and detailed view on the aircraft of yesteryear which still are of importance today.
